Contemporary China Women's Participation In Sports History Reflection And Value Of Research

Women as a human society's other half, in the long history of development of human history has an irreplaceable role. With the development of the society, era, women's sports have become more focused. Women's participation in sports is a sports social health development. Women's health is directly related to the whole community health, relationship to the quality of future population. The participation of women in sports to enhance women's fitness, improve women's lives, build to be equal to a harmonious society and the harmonious development of society as a whole have important significance. This study is that, through the participation of women in sports history reflection, understanding contemporary women's participation in sports problems and factors, to come up with effective solutions and propositions. This article advocates for new ideas and thought; advocating women's Liberation, the Elimination of sex discrimination, mitigating role conflict, change and update the women's sports consumer awareness; promote strengthening of the mass media, to create a harmonious atmosphere of the sports culture; advocating family sports development, women in its cheerful atmosphere in participating in sports. This caused the whole society of hope that greater attention to women, concern women social, concerned about women's sports, to facilitate the social health and healthy development.
