Since the 20th century, since the 90s, in order to cultivate a spirit of team-based,learning ability to cultivate talent,creativity, mobility, execution, communication skills,etc.for the content of the emerging industry-to expand training in China's big on the ground quietly rising.To the present,the domestic professional development training institutions have been nearly ten thousand, after the conduct of the professional organizations in Shanghai forms and methods of operation research is not difficult to find the industry's professional skills and theoretical needs and requirements are becoming increasingly mature and perfect.In the implementation of the course content of the training requirements for enterprise and training purposes will be basically reached,but most of the course the implementation and the achievement of the purpose of the course are limited to the site.So as time goes on,the market getting higher and higher standards for the industry, enterprises are increasingly demanding training,after expansion of the training,not only a site effect,companies need is the effectiveness of the work in the future Therefore,based on industry restructuring and market demand,we urgently need to establish a standard set of business post-training evaluation system.Expansion of the training division as a learning experience,it is by means of education,psychology, physiology, organizational behavior and other related scientific results,for the community's needs and characteristics of students designed a curriculum.Outward Bound,formerly known as the exercise from the war out of a sense of professional training courses the military team,now is a kind of in a simulated or natural environment,so that trainees experience through the design of activities,receive their potential to stimulate and the challenge of team cohesion,and shared by the relevant theory from a curriculum.This study was conducted in reference to a large number of literature based on the actual participation in training in my four years,under the precondition to implement the expansion of trained teachers,expanding agency heads and heavily involved in training students for the survey in order to expand the training of community in the the main survey, using a questionnaire survey method,documentation hair, expert interviews,mathematical statistics,case studies,law research methods, summarized the current status of Shanghai to expand training assessment, problems and solutions,and therefore to the expansion of evaluation of training in-depth discussions on practical issues, obtain the following conclusions:1,by a physical inspection of studies have shown that training in the community to carry out the company to expand its outreach training content rich,but its evaluation system imperfect, imperfect evaluation system for development of the industry played a role in impeding.2,through case analysis shows that the performance evaluation of the assessment to the expansion of training has an important role in promoting the effective implementation of training for the expansion is a powerful security tool. 3,through theoretical analysis and experimental study of the conditions to expand the amount of training,assessment of regulatory tools is in line with current market developments and needs,and to the expansion of the training development of the industry is necessary and feasible. Based on the findings the following recommendations:1,the proposed development should focus on the performance of tasks of the Strategy2,it is proposed to expand the training to do the evaluation must be to determine the task difficulty3,suggested the need for the development of rating criteria repeated changes to constantly improve...
