Nowadays the society is full of fierce competition, and people definitely feel the heavy pressure of their life. However, people eager to stand the competition and to be a person of high social status. At that point, the people in the modern society realize that it's helpful to gain their wants through receiving superior education. Besides that, the people who have very strong fair consciousness ask to share the equal education resource because it is one part of public career. In some degree, Education equality is one of the most important parts of the society equality, and it plays a key role to the social stability and development. This year The Medium- and Long-term Program for Reform and Development of Education points that promoting the equality will be the basic educational policy. Yuan Guerin, the head of the ministry of education, also presented his opinion that the education equality should be the foundation of society equality and the starting point of life. To sum up the above arguments, education equality has been the focus of the whole society.However, the education equality that gets more attention is based of a macroscopic view such as the problem of district Education inequality. On the contrary, the problem of the microscopic education equality that concentrates on the classroom has been neglected for a long time. In fact, Education is one subject of caring for the person. It will be meaningless that research on the education problem that lack of the person perspective.Based on the research circumstance mentioned before, this thesis tries to do a detail survey in the class and attempts to study the problem of microscopic education equality in relation to the class teaching. There are mainly three parts in the thesis.In the first part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the education context from the angles of the process of education evolution, the set of the state's education aim and the idea of education reform through which the thesis found the whole education system attaches importance to the value of person. In that way, the education system is helpful for the achievement of the equality of the class teaching. Based on this, the thesis further analyzes the core factors of the class teaching equality, including respecting the students,treating the students equally,treating the different students differently. In the second part, thesis sorts and analyzes the first hand materials collected in the classroom on the base of three dimensions mentioned before. The researcher tries to put the real state of class teaching equity unfold before the readers'eyes.In the third part, the thesis holds the opinion that the real hidden reason of the class teaching inequity is teacher. Later, the analysis of the reason mainly focuses on the teacher perspective, including teachers'preference, their understanding of teaching and learning, their teaching ability in the class.
