Teaching is a main approach of education. The equity of teaching is one of the main inner factors influencing the equity of education. All of kinds exterior factors of educational equity produce effect really, nothing but solved the problem of the equity of teaching. Although, studies of the equity of education do not lack in educational academic circles in our country currently, there exist phenomena that the cognition of educational equity is confusion and the standard of the equity of education is mist in theoretic researches and concrete practices. Researches on the equity of teaching are also to lack important development. But with the people's consciousness on self-rights improving and the requisition of the equity of teaching rising, therefore the research on the equity of teaching becomes a topic having the theoretic and realistic meaning.The first part of this thesis is an introduction, which analyzes the background of my study, introduces the relevant domestic and international researches and inspects some problems in them, illustrates the purpose and value of my study, puts forward the basic thoughts and methods for my study.The second part is about the definition of the equity of teaching. In this part, it clarifies the concept of equity of teaching in this research by explicating the descriptive definition and operational .definition of justice, explains the two types of justice, the institutional justice and the procedural justice. Based on the above analysis and combining the educational laws, critique the current concepts of the equity of teaching and point out that the equity of teaching includes three aspects basic content. Further clarify the mean of the equity of teaching and provide a basic analysis frame for the next research by clarifying the relation among the equality of teaching, the efficiency of teaching and the equity of teaching and by pointing out the characteristics of the equity of teaching.The third part of this thesis is about the institutional equity of teaching, analyzing students' rights in teaching. The situation of students' rights decides the institutional equity of teaching concretely. In this part, interpret the concept, sources, factors, and types of students' rights first. Second, analyze students' rights with laws and the ideas about children and teaching, divide students' rights into the basic rights and non-basic rights according to the content of students' basic development and appropriate development. Third, point out the characteristic of students' rights in diversity and complexity.The forth part of this thesis is about the procedural equity of teaching, the relation of teacher and the resource of students' developmentdistribution. Realization of rights relies on resources; protection the equity of teaching fact must realize the institutional equity of teaching by realizing the procedural equity of teaching. In instructional activities, teachers are the main distributors, therefore the procedural equity of teaching would be decided by the equity how teachers assign the resource needed for students' development. In this part, I first explain the concept and types of the resource of students' development. Secondly, I explain the relation among teachers, students' companion, curriculum, time and room and the resource of students' development from the origin of the resource of students' development. Thirdly, I analyze the role and power of teachers in the teaching and point out that teachers are the main distributors of the resource from the relation between teachers and resources. I also explain that teachers assign resources by the four main ways: teaching management, interaction between teachers and students, the homework arrangement and tutoring, knowledge allotment. Finally, I bring up and explain three principles in the equity of teaching procedure for the following investigation the teaching act providing an analysis standard.The fifth part of this thesis is about the investigation the actuality of the equity of teaching in China.
