To explore the effective construction in Middle-school English class,we use the theory of effective construction as the based orientation,furthermore,we use second language acqusition theory such as cognitive load theory,feedback theory,frequency effect theory,sociolinguistic approach theory,metacognitive strategies theorey to explain the reasons.On the basis of these theory,we offer the advices to improve the effective teaching and learning:establish the learner-central constructional mode,build a possitive phenomena of language acqusition, take the emotion of students as the important factor,improve the quality especially the theory of linguistic theory of English teacher.This research paper includs five parts as followes:Part One,Metacognitional alanasis on Middle School's English class .The part explains the framwork of metacognition,relationship between the effective construction and metacognition.Part Two, Cognitive unconscious in Middle School's English class.The part researchs on the machnisam and function of cognitive unconscious,the relationship between the effective construction and cognitive unconscious.Part Three, Constructive theory and effective teaching and learning.Although comprehensible input is necessary for acquisition to takeplace , it is not sufficient , as learners also need to be affectively disposed to'let in'the input they comprehend. intake is that portion of the L2 which is assimilated and fed into the interlanguage system.Part Four, Studies on the stratagies of effective English teaching-learning based on the field study.Part Five, Researchs on application of the effective and linguistic theory based on the ase-study.
