As infant education's main instructors and direct influencers, kindergarten teachers are the foremost effect factors that help to realize the value of infant arts education. However, the majority of kindergarten teachers have some difficulties in capturing the educational opportunities which appear instantaneously in music activities in kindergartens, working out appropriate judgments immediately, and promoting infants'development. Thus, there is a wide gap between musicianship that kindergarten teachers must have to confront and target of music activities. Therefore, the author has probed deeply into the components of kindergarten teachers'musicianship, according to documentation and text analyzing.First of all, this study derives two inscapes of kindergarten teachers' musicianship system based on analyzing the formation of personal musicianship. inscape of primary and secondary school music teachers'literacy, and research of kindergarten teachers'musicianship. For one thing, kindergarten teachers must grasp musical knowledge and skills. For another thing, kindergarten teachers must have ability to articulate music. Therefore, the study selects a kindergarten teaching active material and elaborates the specific content of kindergarten teachers'musicianship by analyzing the text of musical activities in the teaching material. Meanwhile, the study analyzes the teaching material'features of professional students'musical teaching, and pries out the focus of the future kindergarten teachers'musical teaching. Finally the study puts forward the ideas about exalting kindergarten teachers'musicianship including three aspects. Firstly, it is clearly that music teaching orientation of preschool education in pre-professional training. Secondly, strengthen and improve the application of preschool music teaching professional preparation.
