Running Independent College On Shareholding Basis

At the end of 1990s,with the rapid growth of the scale of higher education, some universities carried out bold exploration,which is typical of Secondary College. In later years, relying on the advantage of public university,Secondary College got rapidly development. In 2003,in order to regulate the behavior of Secondary College,the Department of Education made the relative policy and gave the secondary college an official name,the Independent College.Since then,Independent College got rapidly development . Related statistics show that : up to the March 25th,2010, there were 322 independent colleges,In ensuring the growth of the scale of higher education, expanding the higher education,Independent College has played an active role. However, many problems arose on the process. Combing the history of Independent College and summarized the factors restricting the development of Independent College, the present thesis put forward conception of running the Independent Institute on shareholding basis to help the Independent College to walk out of predicament .The present thesis is consisted of five chapters. Chapter 1 introudes the question, purpose,contents,methods,defines the core concepts of this thesis and reviews the literature of the research on the running the Independent College on shareholding basis,which help to find out the research gap.Chapter 2 Carding the development process and the background of the Independent College,summarizing the factors restricting the development of Independent College, put forward conception of running the Independent College on shareholding basis to help the Independent College to walk out of predicament and briefly describes the status quo .Chapter 3 sets out the theory of running the Independent College on shareholding basis and from the analysis of the realities of the Independent College of the feasibility of the development of running the Independent College on shareholding basis, pointed out that the school is an ideal form of development of the College and described the advantages of running independent institute on the shareholding system.Chapter 4 Investigates three types of Independent College running the concrete practice of implementing the shareholding system and puts forward the problem in the process of running independent institute on the shareholding system.The last part analyzes investigation results mentioned in previous parts and put forwards some countermeasures against problems.
