An Exploration On The Ways Of College Students Entrepreneur In China

In past decades, entrepreneurship has greatly attracted the attention of people, and many scholars take great effort to study in this field. Entrepreneur is playing a more and more important role on the growth of new ventures with the development of society. Moreover, innovation and entrepreneurship gradually become the important strength of stimulating the development of society. So we can say, we are embracing an era of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship is complicated and dynamic, so is the entrepreneurial ways. This thesis aims to study entrepreneurial ways of the university students. By the analysis of the mutual reaction of founders'personality, discovery and recognition of opportunity as well as entrepreneurship, the paper seeks to find out the actual procedure of entrepreneurship modes and conclude typical entrepreneurial ways.The train of paper thought is as follows:firstly, it reviews large number of relative theories abroad and home, on the basis of which, it summarizes the valuable study accomplishment; secondly, the paper generalizes current institutional measure, whole situation of entrepreneurship activity and types of entrepreneurship; thirdly, analyzes the entrepreneurship in USA, Japan and Germany; then concludes the disadvantages in Chinese college students'entrepreneurship; finally, explores the three mainly ways of entrepreneurship.
