As the senior school physics characters itself and the restrictions of the senior school students' mental development, it appears that the senior school physics is very hard to learn, except for the books and students themselves, the teachers' teaching method is also one important factor. Physics is a science which is very strict in logical and abstract, and the concept of physics is fundamental of all physics knowledge and highly summary of all common property physical phenomenon, it is not only fundamental of learning physics but also part of physics, so the necessary prerequisite is to obtain its related physics concept if you want to learn physics well. Nowadays, the situation of physics teaching in senior school is that we don't pay too much attention on physics teaching. In addition, there are some wrong concepts in students' head that are not rectified by their teachers because of the effection students' thinking set, this makes the students more difficult to learn physics.The research of senior school physics concepts have already become an important subject of worldwide physics teaching research. Newton's first law is the basic knowledge of physics no matter judged form the whole physics or senior school physics, which is also the prerequisite and fundamental of establishment and development of all other physics principles, and it is both important and hard part in senior school physics teaching. Some of the relevant physics concepts proposed by Newton's first law : scientific definition of force, inertia, inertial motion, inertial reference system, are the basic to learn most of physics concepts. You have to learn Newton's first law well and precisely master its relevant basic concepts if you want to go further. Therefore, it is very necessary for physics teachers to teach Newton's first law scientifically and effectively.In this paper, based on previous work, it has a detailed analysis and research about Newton's first law by the guidance constructivism, psychology, education, physical theories of the former concept and by the use of research method which combines concept theory and concept teaching. Moreover, through detailed analysis about Newton's first law combined with senior school physical education teaching experience, It also has a comprehensive exposition of teaching research about Newton's first law and its relevant concepts through literature review, questionnaires survey, discussion, questionnaire analysis. At the same time to build a independent and cooperative learning classroom on the background of new courses. it indicates the teaching strategy of how to make students understand Newton's first law better, and more specify its relevant concept teaching design.
