In the voice of improving quality of education, the thought of teacher professionalization is spring up. High-quality teachers is a prerequisite for quality education, infant education is no exception. Infant education is a start-up phase for people. As the most basic elementary education, it is paid more and more attention. The success or failure of infant education related to the rise and fall of the national education. And the preschool teachers, who are the organizers and perpetrators of infant education, play a key role. To some extent, quality of infant education depends on the quality of preschool teachers. So, preschool teacher professionalization is urgently needed. As a modern metropolis famous for its rich history and culture, Baoding is rich in cultural atmosphere at first, and its Education level is higher in Hebei Province. Second, its economic condition is always among the best of the whole province. Third, Baoding is close to Beijing, the advanced conceptions and methods of infant education are easily spread to the ancient city, and this promote infant education has a high level in Baoding. Although some kindergarten teachers have certain level, for their own professional development, they often lack awareness of the initiative, even some teachers keep the attitude of "So long as one remains a monk, one goes on tolling the bell." This is not conducive to the professional development of teachers. This paper chose professional development of kindergarten teachers in Baoding as a research topic.This paper contains six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it mainly discusses the issues raised, research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the research; The second chapter dissects the concept and the theoretical foundation, expounds the definition of preschool teachers, concept of teachers' professional development and preschool teachers' professional development, to lay the foundation and provide theoretical support for the following analysis of preschool teachers' professional development; Chapter III and IV is the part of the Empirical Research: Chapter III introducts briefly survey methods which contains rogatory object, tools, reliability, validity and the course; Chapter IV Discusses rogatory results in detail; Chapter V discusses and analyses the rogatory results on the basis of the survey, it suggests for Baoding's public and private kindergarten teacher specialty form the angle of the management of the kindergarten and improving teachers' own quality; Chapter VI Concludes on the base of analysing rogatory results.
