Teachers' professional competence is the basic quality of kindergarten teachers and represent the quality and ability of kindergarten teachers.The professional competence of kindergarten teachers will affect the growth and development of kindergarten children.What's more,it will have an impact on the national basic education.So,it is important to improve the teachers' professional competence.Furthermiore,it is the root measures to implement the development of teachers' professional competence,improving the kindergarten teachers' professional competence of preschool normal students.Therefore,the premise to take effective measures to improve the kindergarten teachers' professional competence of preschool normal students is based on the cognition and acquisition degree for kindergarten teachers' professional competence of preschool normal students.kindergarten teachers' professional competence of preschool normal students of the preschool nomal steudents.The importance and acquisition of kindergarten teachers' professional quality from preschool education major students was studied by the questionnaire survey.600 questionnaires were distributed to different regions,different colleges,different schools,and different degree of preschool teacher's professional students,with 565 valid questionnaires returning.The results were attached.1.The importance of the professional quality of kindergarten teachers of the students majoring in preschool education above "general importance" reached 98.2%.The importance of preschool teachers' professional quality is relatively high.At the same time,the ability of supporting and guiding game activities is more important than other dimensions.2.For the ability of creating and utilizing the environment,organizing and protecting daily life,and supporting and guiding games and activities,the importance of the professional quality of kindergarten teachers for private colleges students is more than that in public colleges.for the ability of supporting and guiding game activities,planning and guiding the education activities,motivation and evaluation,communication and cooperation,reflection and development,secondary vocational education students consider the professional quality of kindergarten teachers is important than college degree and undergraduate pre-school education students.Furthermore,in the undergraduate stage,the fourth grade students think that the importance of teachers' professional quality of kindergarten is the highest.3.The acquisition of kindergarten teachers' professional quality of normal university students majoring in preschool education has reached 96% with "basic attainment" or above,at a higher level.The normal university students of preschool education have more professional theoretical knowledge about environment creation,education protection,kindergarten curriculum,games and activities,but less knowledge about the professional growth of kindergarten teachers4.The professional quality of kindergarten teachers of preschool education majors of private colleges and universities is higher than that of public colleges and universities.The professional quality of kindergarten teachers of students with secondary vocational and vocational qualifications is higher than that of preschool education normal university students with junior college and undergraduate degrees,and in the undergraduate stage,the fourth-grade students have the highest professional quality of kindergarten teachers.5.The professional attainment of kindergarten teachers of normal university students in preschool education is divided into high group,intermediate group and low group.Characteristics of high score normal university students: private college students who choose their own majors;Low-score normal university students are characterized by public undergraduate students who choose their majors according to their parents' and others' wishes.According to the result,some sugesstion was listed,with increasing the practice opportunities of pre-school normal university students,reforming the curriculum of preschool education normal university students,and enhancing the professional quality of kindergarten teachers from the top-level design of university.
