The Research On Fu Lei's Family Education Thought

Fu Lei is famous literary translator in Chinese modern history, also an expert of family education. After part of his letters to his son were relesed with the name《Fu Lei's Letter's from Home》, the book became popular all around the country and got collected by many parents as a parent reading and seen as a modern version of《Kokun of Yan's Family》and a Chinese《Love Education》.Fu Lei lived in a single-parent family and through his life he experienced different eras, such as the old democratic revolution, the anti-Japanese war, the civil war and the cultural revolution. This paper begins the analysis of Fu Lei's growing up backgrounds and the social era backgrouds, and discusses the main contents and applied education methods of his education thoughts, from the four aspects of moral education, intellectual education, emotional education and the form of living ability and habbits. This paper analyzes and refines the characteristics presented by Fu Lei's family education thoughts, and evaluates it's advancement and limits, in order to put forward some enlightment to our modern family education.
