Faith is the core position in the value system, is the centralism manifests of people's view of the world, outlook on life and values, and is the person's spiritual prop and the guide to action. It is not only having the important guidance function to individual life development as a value of the individual goals, and it is also maintaining national unity and the national stability as a social consciousness and social psychology, it is the root of national and the national cohesive force and the centripetal force. The college young teachers are not only the builders but also the successors of the socialism's constructor, it is also the new strength of teaching and educating in the new era, they take faith as a kind of moral binding force, a kind of group cohesive force, a kind of spiritual power, a kind of ultimate concern, it has the vital practical significance to teacher's professional personal integrity, career development and individual growth, their faith, the value orientation is also determining the educators will be accepted what kind of value guidance the pedagogue to a great extent, be accepted what kind of outlook on life and the values education, and deciding the fate and future of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Facing this multiplex era, the young college teacher's faith also presents the multiplication tendency. The faith problem as a deep level problem in the spiritual realm, studying it does have great difficulty, the college moral education worker and the theory researcher face a study of great practical significant. Faith education, how to deal with the new changes in the era of globalization, how to inherit and learn from the outstanding achievements of Chinese and foreign faith education, and innovate the young college teachers'faith education, in order to strengthen its validity and pointed. It is not only related the comprehensive development of young college teachers but also related the future of our country. This article attempts from the connotation of faith, young college teachers'faith to obtain, with empirical methods to the problems existing in young college teachers, proposes the solution countermeasures. Expanding the content of the young college teachers'faith education, constructing a comprehensive, brand-new multi-level faith education system of the young college teachers, enhances its effectiveness.
