The ability is the understanding of ability and behavior. Ability is the special ability which is necessary to finish such certain activities effectively, that is, the probability of completing a task after the proper training or under the appropriate environment. In other words, it is the tendency to acquire new knowledge and skills, rather than the potential of realistic conditions. Academic abilities tendency is appropriately, after training or learning or placed under certain conditions, can perform certain academic activities of possibility or potential. There is research thinks, academic abilities tendency in the previous study, is formed on the basis of the characteristics of various stability factors, such as cognitive ability, etc, thus, type of learning ability is one part of the preparation. In this research we test the items, reliability, validity and the quality of the analysis of the test accuracy. In this research, the graduate students have to know the different dimensions of ability, the development of the tendency and the condition of the students in their study. According the result of the test, we can guide students to select more potential abilities tendency and provide effective assessment tools to the professional or clinical research to prepare for further study ability of whole school mathematics study. This test is based on the classic measure theory (CTT) and statistical techniques combined with modern technology as the study of measurement, preliminary preparation primary school grade 6 math aptitude test. The test consists of three subscales: mathematical subscales (mathematical calculation, mathematical), Reasoning subscales (logic reasoning, graphics), Space subscales(planar graph, three-dimensional space). Results: 1, The basic data: after chi-square test, different types of school samples with different sampling plan and the distribution of the gender are no significant differences in sample distribution. 2, The item analysis results: The difficulties of items among 0.20 to 0.80 amount to 57.5 in A and 61.3 in B. The difficulties of subtests and subscale are about 0.41-0.66, and the whole test is about 0.5 or so; more than 89% items discriminations were above 0.30. 3. Reliability:The test–retest reliability is 0.90, and the reliabilities of the three subscals are 0.76, 0.91, 0.88. The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of two tests are 0.89 in A and 0.90 in B. 4. The validity analysis:During the explorative factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the results indicated that this test has measured three factors: numerical factor, reasoning factor and satial factor. Different types of school has significant differences, and several subscales exist gender differences. The correlation between this test score and IQ test rank is 0.24 to 0.82, so this test has good validity. Conclusion: 1 The difficulty of the test items and degrees is distinguished and reasonable. 2 Various reliability test results were achieved with the essential requirements. 3 The ideal structure validity is good and redicative validities were better. 4 The two sets of test (test-A and test-B) are basically parallel tests..
