In order to find an ideal test method for testing the random agility of tennis players,we used the test method that designed by ourselves, the 5M-5D agility test, tested and re-tested the 24 tennis male athletes and the 24 non-sports undergraduates on the first day and second day.On the third day, there are 24 tennis male athletes were performed 20-meter shuttle test.On the fourth day,24 non-sports male college students were tested with the 5M-5D agility test. All the tests were recorded by a JVC-PX-100 BAC high-speed camera(100fps).The external reliability of the 5M-5D agility test and re-test was evaluated by the interclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and Bland-Altman analysis;the validity of the 5M-5D agility test and 20-meter shuttle test, and the frames between the action began and finished that recorded by the camera were evaluated by the Pearson correlation coefficient and the unitary linear recursive analysis.A statistical analysis was conducted on the test results of the 5M-5D agility test of the 24 tennis male athletes and the 24 non-sports undergraduates to determine whether there were significant differences between the two groups. At the same time, two JVC-GC-PX10 AC high-speed cameras(50fps)were used to record all the 5M-5D agility tests. From all of the video,we found 12 times video clips that the tennis male athletes who complete the action task with the fastest speed and the 12 fastest video clips in tennis match of Ramos Vinolas,Albert, the 3D-Signal TEC V2.0C three-dimensional video analysis software was transferred. The Japanese human body model(16 links,21 joint points)was selected;the selected target video was parsed in the form of parsing and analysis, and the data is smoothed by low-pass filtering to obtain the required kinematic data. The SAS Studio system was used to statistically process data to understand and analyze the running decisions and kinematic differences between athletes and non-athletes.The results showed:(1)Reliability and validity of reaction time: the interclass correlation coefficient of 5M-5D agility test and re-test was 0.73,the Pearson correlation coefficient of 5M-5D agility test and the frames between the action began and finished that recorded by the camera was 0.97,which all showed a high degree of correlation;(2)Reliability and validity during motion time: The interclass correlation coefficient of 5M-5D agility test and re-test was 0.97.The Pearson correlation coefficient of 5M-5D agility test and the frames between the action began and finished that recorded by the camera was 0.99.The Pearson correlation coefficient of 5M-5D agility test and the 20-meter shuttle test was 0.78,all of these data showed high correlation. The conclusions are as follows:(1)The 5M-5D agility test is a reliability and validity method of random agility performance, and in line with the characteristics of the tennis special footwork, which can be used to test and evaluate the agility performance of tennis players;(2)There are significance in the test data between the athletes' group and the non-athlete's group, which means we can design a evaluation scale for the 5M-5D agility test further.
