The Study Of Humane Care In The Ideological And Political Education To University Students

With the profound changes in current Chinese social environment and the constant reform of higher education, strengthening and improving ideological and political education to university students becomes an overall strategic mission to the Party. The report of the Seventeenth Party Congress has proposed"to strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humane care and psychological counseling and correctly handle interpersonal relations". This kind of new idea of humane care constructs a whole new vision for the development of ideological and political education to university students under the new circumstance. With comprehensively combing theoretical ancient and modern human resources, inheriting and learning from good ideas and experience, starting from the special group of students, this paper thoroughly elaborates the connotations, contents, features and values of humane care of the ideological and political education. It also conscientiously sums up the manifestations and reasons of lacking humane care in ideological and political education to university students, and discusses practical measures of humane care in the study of ideological and political education to university students. It is both the urgent need of effective implementation of humane care in ideological and political education to university students and the necessary requirement to strengthen and improve ideological and political education to university students.This paper includes four parts.Starting from university students, the first part explains the connotations of to university students to university students, and also reveals the three dimensions that should be concerned about, namely, the care for university students on their lifves, life and ideal value. This part also introduces the excellent ideological and political working way and method in the ideological and political education activity of the Communist Party of China, and find the reference point and bonding point between the ideological and political education to university students and humane thought resources.The third part deeply analyzes the manifestations and reasons of lacking humane care in ideological and political education to university students. Although with the deepening of the reform of higher education and people-oriented concept, achievements have been made in the ideological and political education to university students, there are still problems in lacking humane care on values in education, educational guidance, educational content and teaching methods. These problems are influenced not only by macro-environment as social transition, but also by ways of thinking of ideological and political education and micro-factors as school and family.On the basis of previous analysis, the fourth part explores the reasonable ways to implement humane care in current ideological and political education to university students. Against the existing of lacking humane care and the reasons studied, we will profoundly reconsider it and construct daily work mechanisms on humane care in ideological and political education to university students, in accordance with"people-oriented"concept. We should also specifically implement the ideas and methods of humane care from innovating ideological and political theory course, career planning and career guidance, psychological help, spiritual heritage and environmental creation, which are closely related to the development of university students.In short, strengthening humane care in ideological and political education to university students has important theoretical and profound realistic meaning to do the ideological and political education work, improve the relevance, effectiveness and attractiveness, and also reflect times, grasp the disciplines and have creativity in the ideological and political education to university students.
