Organizational commitmenmt is difined as the recognition of organizational value, intensive input to organizaiton and strong belief and tend to stay in the organizaion. Organizational commitmenmt of teacher is essential in the management of teacher. Organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school is one of the reference to build up the policy of the management of teacher.One school cannot develop without the existing of teacher,and the the quality of education won't get improved without the improving of the organizational commitment of teacher. This study aimed at discussing the basic structure of the orgnizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school, analysing the difference of organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school among varied feature, focusing the main facor that organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school is influenced, persuing the efficient tactics to inprove organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school, promoting the construction of team of teacher, solidly inproving the quality and characteristic of teacher in middle school and elementry school. This study mainly ingaged with teacher of middle school and elementry school and it randomly chose the city of Taiyuan, Xingzhou, Yuncheng, Linfen, Yangquang, Jincheng, with a sample containing 600 teacher of middle school and elementry school. stratification sampling was applied during this study,leaving a per prototcol containing 536 teachers. Document study and conversational method were applied during this study in order to build up a theoratical dimension of the organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school, and referring to the document upon establishment investigation. The testing of efficiency of the investigation have applied the method that teacher of middle school and elementry school confirm personally and factor analysing. Reliability of the investigation applied internal consistency,Cronbach a factor is 0.878, which meet the requirment of the reliability. During the process of the study, social sience statistical program SPSS was applied to work on the involved statistical problem.This study has proved:Organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry schoolcontains 6 aspects which named opportunity commitment, economic commitment, ideal commitment,affection commitment, professional commitment and quiting trend. These six aspects has certain relevance. The satisfaction of teacher of middle school and elementry school is the dependent variable,the factors of organizational commitment is the independent variable,and this study also have a multi-dimensional analysing, the factor that influences the working satisfactory degree the from stronger factor to less is: opportunity commitment,ideal commitment, affection commitment,economic commitment, quiting trend and professional recognition. This result is tested with independent sample T, variance analysing which have analysed the difference of the orgnasational commitment of teacher of middle school and elementry school, in different background. It is discovered that there is outstanding difference in the orgnizational commitment among those teachers in differcent age, education, years of teaching, professional rank, type of school. And this study also has analysed those factor, school treatment, working environment, leader, which affect the Organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry school.According to the conclusion of this study, it brought the advice and tactics to improvethe organizational commitment of teacher in middle schooland elementry schoo: carrying out a professional life management in order to satisfy the persuing of the ideal of the middle school and elementry school ; improving teachers'treatment and working condition in order to lift the activity of PE teacher;"People orented"method of management should be applied to raise the affection commitment of PE teacher of middle school and elementry school;improving the cultural construction of school so that it will strengthen the loyalty of the teacher towards school ; updating educationalidea in order to set up a sense of lifelong learning.
