With the progress of society, the division of labor is more and more detailed and the pressure of competition is greater and greater. To have a stable and decent income, you need to start with a basic education, work hard, keep learning, and keep investing. When basic education is over and you enter the vocational learning stage, you must be professionally oriented. The so-called occupation is the business that has specific social function and is completed by a group of specific people. This kind of business has relative stability and social demand.Career orientations will lead you to choose a major and study it at university. It generally requires four years of undergraduate study. After graduation, you will choose a job related to your major, that is,you will enter the corresponding career. For example, teachers, engineers, doctors and so on are all professions. In the process of career, the degree of individual's recognition of career affects the working status, work performance and the level of individual's dimission desire. If the individual has a high degree of professional identity and can get satisfaction from work, then he will be willing to work hard and get achievements from work. The psychological attitude of willing to stick to the post generated by the recognition of the occupation is the occupational commitment. This study takes the occupational commitment of BD primary school teachers as the research object, and adopts the theoretical analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the occupational commitment of primary school teachers.First, the questionnaire was prepared according to the tools developed in previous research. The initial questionnaire consisted of 52 questions. Finally, there are 26 items in the questionnaire, including five dimensions: emotional commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, cost commitment and opportunity commitment. The study found that 77.8 per cent of those who did not want to leave the teaching profession, and 35.6 per cent were particularly determined. Those planning to leave the teaching profession accounted for 22.2 per cent. The emotional commitment and cost commitment scored the highest in the occupational commitment of primary school teachers. In the occupational commitment, there are differences in the roles of age, teaching age and educational background.Correlations between dimensions of occupational commitment vary.Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.The occupational commitment of BD primary school teachers is relatively high.Job stability is relatively strong;2.Some BD primary school teachers plan to leave the teaching profession. The occupational stability of these teachers is relatively low,and they are also unstable factors.3.The main components of primary school teachers' professional commitments are emotional commitment and cost commitment;4.Education background plays an important role in emotional commitment, and age, teaching age and education background all affect cost commitment.Affective commitment is regulated by ideal and normative commitment, while cost commitment is regulated by normative and opportunistic commitment.
