Chinese women volleyball only gained bronze in 29th olympics. The game is not intented the target. How to viw the achievements is an important task which is Chinese women must summing up. Chinese women volleyball persist the quick attack tactics of traditional style, but the quick attack tactics are usually based on the assistant attackers, in the mean time, combining individual tactics and collective cooperate tactics. So this paper carried on the research for the technical and tactical characteristics of the assistant attackers.Finally,some advices have been given to improve the level of chinese women volleyball according to the characters of chinese assistant attackers, and it will habe certain reference valuable to be affluent in Chinese women volleyball attacking tactics and to improve Chinese women volleyball ability.This article tries proceeding with matches of four world top women volleyball teams and the 14 Assistant attackers. The author adopts the law of documents and materials, video observations, mathematics and physics statistic law, logic analytic, comparative analytic approach to study and analysis the characteristics of attacking and attack effect of the assistant attacker of four world top women volleyball teams in the 29th Olympics conducting other teams'assistant attacker's difference on attacking.For four world top women volleyball assistant attackers, as follows: main body index, phisical fitness, service characteristics and effect,power attack effect, This paper carried on a great quantity of research mainly from the aspects of the body's basic situation, service, quick attack and power attack. Conclusions are as follows:(1) The indexes of Chinese women volleyball Assistant attacker are higher than the world three others'. But the age and weight and Quetelet index are lower than three others assistant attackers'average level.(2) Chinese female assistant attacker serve the form to begin flutters the ball in primary place and service's forms are single. The effect of jumping service is very significant, and becoming the main service means of the top teams'assistant attackers. But other strong teams'assistant attackers have synthetically brough to bear lots of service forms. Especially, the jumps service technology adopt other strong teams'assistant attacker is the best Aggressive. It has been main service forms to the world top women assistant attacker.(3) It can be seen from the game that it is strong to the Chinese women volleyball teams and American teams fast attack of first attack. But Brazil is stronger than others on quick attack of against attacking .Chinese teams'score rate in fast attack of first attack is better than against attacking'blocked rate in first attack is lower than against attacking's. From the women's volleyball match, fast attack to first attack must be based on steady first pass, it is important to improve quick attack quality for steady first pass.(4).The assistant attackers of the four top teams, Chinese is the most team which have used quick attack tactics .fast attack tactics systems are primary of back fly , near body quick attacking, short plane quick attacking, be combine with back quick ,back glide etc. other quick ball tactics . The 2nd position quick attack is primary attacking forms for the Chinese women volleyball assistant attacker. It is used mainly to one foot jump technique to spike. Other teams have used different attacking forms.(5) It is better to front and back row attack usage efficiency and effect for the foreign assistant attacker. But Chinese team has seldom used this tactics.
