Motiviation and environment are two inflence factors of creativity . For students , classroom environment and creative motivation are two important influence factors. Constructing good classroom environment and arousing students'creative motivation are significant to cultivate adolescent's scientific creativity .The scale of creative motiviation is developed .Choosing random junior students as research objects who are tested by scales of classroom environment, creative motiviation and scientific creativity. The influence of creative motivation and classroom environment on scientific creativity are found . The final conclusions are:(1) The adolescent's creative motivation scale can be used as a reserch tool as its reliability and vilidity are good and run up to statistical request .(2) There are not siginificant differences in classroom environment , creative motiviation and scientific creativity between sexes,while is siginificant difference in compensatory of creative motiviation .(3) The teacher-student relationship has the forward forecast function to students'scientific creativity. While classmate relation and discipline have the backward forecast function to students'scientific creativity.(4) There is siginificant positive correlation between creative motivation and scientific creativity. Creative motivation has the forward forecast function to students'scientific creativity.(5) On the one hand, classroom environment affects scientific creativity directly, on the other hand it affects scientific creativity indirectly through creative motivation.
