Moreover, human well-being built on the basis of maintaining good healthy. With the rapid development of science, man has acquired a further understanding of their health, so demands on the health of people are getting higher and higher. Our understanding of health education for secondary school students is: conduct health education activities which can promote the majority of secondary school students to receive health knowledge, health beliefs to establish and cultivate fitness habits purposefully, designedly and organically. It is conductive for middle school students to form correct health behavior, healthy lifestyle and proper fitness habits, thereby enhancing the quality of learning and life of secondary school students, and promote physical and mental growth of students. School health education is the basis of universal education; it is the action of the national policy that health education should start from childhood, and it is an important step for the national training and bringing up all-round development as moral, intellectual, physical etc. of a new type. There are many problems in China that is not conducive to harmonious campus building in the process of carrying out the health education.For this topic, many eighth-grade students in four secondary schools of Chongqing were investigated. On this basis, combined with characteristics of secondary school biology, health education and a harmonious campus, focusing on measures to carry out health education in biology teaching in secondary schools, and it concludes the significance that to carry out health education to build a harmonious campus teaching Biology in secondary schools.The results showed that: 1. According to the changes of physical and mental development of the secondary school students, it is necessary to carry out health education in secondary schools for secondary school students. 2. Although there is a clear stipulate on the health education requirement in the Ministry of Education, but the leadership of schools and departments have inadequate attention on health education. 3. it is feasible to carry out health education during the process of biology teaching in secondary schools, this feasibility is determined by the character of biology and the content of health education. 4. According to compare the rate of unexpected events occurred in different schools of which carried out health education of different levels, it is significant to carry out health education for the purpose of build a harmony campus of which a peaceful campus is the first.
