| As a pait of TUDY ON REGIONS GRAIN SUSTAINABLE MACHINERY PRODUCT SYSTEM this is a measurement sub-study, which concentrate on reducing tlllage resistance of seeder and noise pollution of seeder vibration. The study adopt technique of visual irstniments to develop two different testing systems. From constitution of the two testing systems, it is showed that the techniques of visual Lnstmments reduce the cost of testing systems. Accotding to requirement of test, a field test vehicle was studied and manufactured, programs of data acquisition and analysis were developed by LabWindows /CVI. These make it easier to increase precision of test and decrease time consumption of data analysis. The results of test show: In several funw openers oed by us, the dtail force of tine opener is the least. In order to decrease draft force in no tillage planter, we should use tine opener. Meanwhile, The results show: Though signal of draft force is a low frequency random signal, sampling frequency would be higher than 4 Hz. Through vibration frequency spectrum analysis of no-tillage seeder in field, its vibration characteristics were obtained. In stimulate module test of no-tillage seeder, its transfer functions were obtained. |
