Research And Design Of Automatic HIC Testing System

During the research and development and the manufacture process of HIC products, there are several measurement processes such as experiment testify, medium-term test and final products test, and it’s extremely important. This paper based on the general measurement requirements of the HIC products of our company and the PXI bus structure, at the same time, utilizes Virtual Instrument technology, constitutes an automatic HIC products measurement system and induces the general methods of Virtual Instrument technology application in HIC measurement.This paper details how to utilize virtual instruments constitute automatic measurement system. And it introduces the concept, structure and classification of virtual instruments, with a detailed description of virtual instruments hardware platform and software design tools. Emphatically introduces HIC automatic measurement system design scheme and hardware&software structure by PXI bus instruments and GPIB bus-controlled instruments based on PXI bus platform.According to the specific HIC products of our company, based on the discussion above, combined with a typical circuit and its measuring requirements, completes interface adapter and software programming design of circuit measurements, induced the general measurement methods and procedure of HIC measurements. The automatic HIC product measurement system mentioned in this paper used by a lot of HIC products manufacture lines in our company and it satisfy the measurement requirements, solved the problem of small amount HIC products measurement needs.
