Research & Development Of IP Network Billing

The article is about billing of IP network, especially on the aspects of theory and structure. It has researched the reality of IP billing , include three tiers web structure , CMM of SEI, OOB technology, RADIUS protocol , netflow and the technology of integration.Based on the study of theories, the author had developed a VoIP billing and management system. The result product is in use today. That system support prepaid card of VoIP and direct dial to IP with local telephone. The system also has rich kinds of rate policy and many management sub systems on operation support. The infrastructure of system based on the tiers B/S structure. The OOB is used in the design and we use CORBA technology in the program.In the procedure of development, we followed the rule of CMM2 . The system has many talent designs on the platform architecture and expansion.
