In recent years, our country has made great progress in Photovoltaic applications. Photovoltaic pumps are viewed increasingly as an attractive Solution to rural water supply systems in the world's sunnier regions, Especially to those poor power areas , The Solar powered water supply systems require less maintenance, and have high reliability and automatic control. Pvps are environmentally benign and of course, are powered by a free source of solar energy which is renewable, indigenous and pollution-free.In my dissertion, I select the sensorless brushless DC motor as the control object,and use hardware comparison with a software algorithm to solve the key problem of the sensorless BLDC control that is recognizing the position of the rotor, I adopt PIC16C72 as the control chip . From the showpiece we see that the motor can start up itself , recognize the rotating direction and the blocking-up, The hardware safeguarding is available. The run of the showpiece is static, reliable and easy to control in our system.
