With the keen competition of the constant development of civil aviation's transport service and International aviation space cause,the construction of infrastructures is made extremely urgent. In this paper,the design of the monitoring system of The Capital Airport luggage transferring is put forward just for the needs of this one. This monitoring system of luggage transferring mainly completes the luggage's sending and controlling,including two changes trains lines such as world to our country and the opposite,Two set counters of change trains for examining the ticket,and a system adjusting the speed in succession being composed of 25 transducers.For the luggage conveyer system runs smoothly and steadily,we synthetically analyzed the characteristic of the belt machine's running,starting and applying the brake. We decide to use the current transducer 6SE92 of Siemens with high function U If control. This transducer's functions of adding or decreasing speed with S form and torque promoting can magnificently solve the belt machine's vibration in the time of starting and brake and make the belt machine smoothly working with vary goods.Fieldbus is a new revolutionary technology in international automation field in the 80s,collecting many kinds of international advanced results of scientific and technical,such as network technology,communication technology,technology of the computer,intelligence instrument and control device to compose bi-directional serial open automatic control system.The monitoring system of luggage transferring applies successfully fieldbus. It changes traditional one-to-one I/O wiring way between the equipment of scene layer and controller,take digitilized communication in place of 4-20mA analog signal,collect long range control of scene equipment,parameterization and trouble diagnosing for an organic whole,to get frequency convector's centralized control.Because of the characteristic with high dependability,modularization structure and easy programming,PLC is used to do real-time gathering,controlling and communicating with transducer. Because of PC's friendlyman-machine interface,it is used to man-machine dialogue. So worker can expediently revise or set various operation parameters of transducer and can see trouble information by the PC in the central control room.Because the STEP7 as S7-300 PLC's programming software adopts the modularization design method of procedure,Facing object technology of high-level language is used to the programmering of the monitoring system. Code-reuse is effectively realized to simplify greatly the development and maintenance of the software.In a word,Successful application of the monitoring system of luggage transferring will save the passenger's time greatly,strengthen passenger's handling capacity,strengthen the competitive power of civil aviation's transport service of our country.
