| Multimedia communication on distance is strongly demanded along with the development of computer, communication and network. The design and implement of ITU-T H.323 multimedia application system is discussed in my thesis. The system based on the item of ministry of communications -Multimedia Videoconferencing System On LAN.According to the ITU-T H.323 protocol, the system can transmit multimedia data on intranet. The communication platform includes two levels. One is the communication between the conference terminal and master, it is responsible for setup call, control orders, transmit data and manage all information of the system. The other is the communication between the conference terminals, it is responsible for transmit video/audio data and signaling interchange among terminals. At the same time, some system's assistant blocks are also discussed in my thesis. Such as, the encryption techniques of the data of conference and the storage of video/audio data in the conference. Finally, the summarization and prospect are given. |
