The structure and the constitution of the system and the structure of computer networks are introduced, and the technical characteristics of the locale fieldbus are analyzed. By comparing several solutions, RS485 locale connection solution is adopted to assign the functions of Upper Layer Computer and microcomputer-based lower control and to determine the protocols used by Upper Layer Computer and microcomputer-based lower control, and the connection mode with Internet are discussed. The software function, modules and data organization of the Upper Layer Computer are explained , the process of main program and that of the communication with Upper Layer Computer are narrated. The software programming and the measures to enhance the system stability are introduced.
