This dissertation shows an ERP modeling method based on UML. In step of conceptual design, requirement analysis and actor analysis are discussed to analyze ERP system using case diagrams and sequence diagrams. In step of logical design, database models and package diagrams are presented in definition of object class, user interface and object class diagrams. In step of physical design, design planning, deployment realization and technology environment of ERP system are introduced.The ERP system is divided into 8 sub-systems. They are base information system, product data system, project management system, storage system, quality control system, stock system, production control system, sale & order form system.With the technology of component, ERP modeling process falls into conceptual design, logical design and physical design. All phase here has a great effect on the ERP project and make a supplement to each other."ERP modeling technology based on UML" is applied in the project of "ERP system with implement guide".
