Based on statistical analysis to questionnaire investigation result, combined the interview materials of the case and used the relevant theories of sociology and communication, this research paper probes into city-newspaper spreading state among the Primary Group and influence factor of the Primary Group on city-newspaper spreading.On this basis, this research has drawn the following conclusions: 26-55 years old family members are the main receivers; Different years old family members show the difference demand of information about city-newspaper; It is relatively regular that the family orders the newspaper kind; City-newspaper is mainly from news-stands; The major readers of city-newspaper are some long-term receivers; The family is the most important place of reading the newspaper. The city-newspaper information recommunicating among the family members is comparatively abundant; the receivers of City-newspaper demonstrate high approval degree to it' s view; family members demonstrate the age difference in appraising the newspaper; On the information feedback to the city newspaper, family members demonstrate higher participation degree. There are many family factors such as family size, generation, family's monthly income, family's average 'educational level, family's average age which exert influences on the behaviors of reading city-newspaper. There are many family factors such as family size, family average educational level, family average age, generation, family power structure, conjugal relation, family consume - invest policymaker' s personal factor which exert influences on the recommunicating information about city-newspaper in the family. The behavior of Reading city-newspaper and the behavior of recommunicating city-newspaper information influence each other too. This research probes into the city-newspaper information recommunicating behavior among the same generation group and in the neighbourhood at the same time.Conclusions have been reached: Present city-newspaper should strengthen receiver standard consciousness further, defining it' s target receivers, obtaining their identification with value and emotion to the city-newspaper, and raising the value affinity of city-newspaper to them; pay attention to the Primary Group role in city-newspaper information dissemination, family role in city-newspaper information dissemination especially; turning the city-newspaper into one that has merged family atmosphere; catching family authoritative members which are the leaders of city-newspaper information dissemination at the same time especially. Secondly, city-newspaper should pay attention to rich information about the community in content, turning it into the newspaper with community' s affinity. Pay attention to the newsstand that is the main issue channel of city-newspaper. It is tight to check on the true of advertisement at the same time.
