Research And Development Of Production Process Control System For Single And Mini-batch Production

Based on analyzing deeply the present of study in enterprise production process management, the paper then presents multi-tier architecture of control. And it primarily researches on the production process control of enterprise level and workshop level. Combined with the national innovation fund project 'Manufacturing-oriented Supply Chain Management System integrated platform' , viz. ZT_ERP. We developed a production process control system, and the running examples are put forward.Chapter 1 reviews the development of enterprise management information system, and summarizes some advanced control techniques in the field of production control. Based on the present of applications in production control software, it is pointed out that the current software is not adaptable for different types of enterprises. The research content of this dissertation is presented at last.Chapter 2 brings forward two level control strategies, viz. production process control of the enterprise level and the workshop level after analyzing of production control characteristics of single and mini-batch production condition, and analyses the function requirement of production process control system of enterprise level and workshop level.Chapter 3 establishes the total frame of the system of enterprise production process control after the analyzing the requirement of production process control. The chapter designed the primary database and primary functions after modeling the production process of enterprise level and workshop level. Furthermore, the chapter describes the some function cell briefly.Chapter 4 probes in the key problems in the production process control of enterprise level, especially in the production process control of key modules with long lead time, nonkey modules, the management of product schedule.Chapter 5 probes in the key problems in the production process control of enterprise level, especially in the methods of workshop job scheduling, the scheduling of the workshop job plan and job shop scheduling problems.Chapter 6 provides systematically the running examples of the production process control of the enterprise level and the workshop level combining with the ZT_ERP system.Chapter 7 summarizes the achievements of the whole thesis andprospects the further research in the future.
