The Study On The Workshop Production Management System In CIMS Environment

Between upper plan management system and lower industry control, the workshop production management system arranges short-term task plan of workshop. The large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise has rigorous compartmentalization, forcible command, and its production organizing trait usually is high burst, multiple breeds, small batch, and high precision. Combined with dynamic and uncertainty of manufacture environment, workshop production management process takes on complexity and uniqueness. The function of commercial software such as ERP is unsuitable for this aspect, and is difficult to satisfy the needs of users.Combined with IMMT-CIMS construct item, this paper studies systemically production management system of equipment developed enterprise production manufacturing workshop in CIMS environment. Aimed at unique enterprise and application background, developed a production management system based on workshop, which served the turn under multiple breeds, small batch, flexibility production mode, and is based on CIMS environment and information integration.As a result of finished works and conclusions, the following points were clarified:1. Based on the analyses of the characteristics of the equipment manufacture enterprise's products, techniques and product organizing, the principle of theinteger designing was put forward, namely which must be emphasized on the information integration and targeted for realizing the information shared and work cooperated among the department of technology provision, product,resource ensuring and product planning during of the product organizing.2. It was analyzed that the product process of the level of enterprise and workshop, the techniques turnover process during product manufacturing. It was confirmed that the equipment manufacture enterprise production planning must consider in top-priority and resolve mainly the problem how to shorten production and technology time.3. According to the requirement of soft engineering, it was finished that the requirement analysis, the integer designing and the detailed designing for the workshop production planning system, and illuminated briefly that the functions of the finished modules.4. It was analyzed that the requirement of enterprise information integration on the CIMS environment, and concretely that the main supply and demand information contents between the workshop management system and other application systems. It was introduced that the main strategies realizing the information integration of the system which were based on public database and standard I/O and realized data concentrated managing and integrated application.5. It was studied that the ways and strategies for information security ensuring and user purview management which may be help for the purview management of the application system based on client/server mode.6. It was put forward that how to better the workshop schedule work.
