Control System For PROTOS Design Based On INTERBUS

In this paper, with the analysis of the key technology and application characteristics of fieldbus, a network structure of the measurement and control system based on fieldbus technology is presented, and advantage of the structure are expounded as well. Based upon this network structure , some methods concerning for the connection between the field control layer and monitor and control layer are presented and compared.In the paper, through INTERBUS, the communication ptotocal, network architecture and connecting ways of fieldbus are analyzed thoroughly. On the foundation of above works, a three-lay management and control Integration network is constructed through the application of INTERBUS in a measurement and control system on PROTOS cigarette packaging machines of one cigarette factory. The main achievements are as following:Based on features of PROTOS packing machine and PLC system, design PROTOS packing machine supervision-control system and opt automation control equipment.Based on features of function modules and requirements of field product, configure hardware and parameter function modules.To construct INTERBUS network , configure INTERBUS network and program communication code for INTERBUS network and PLC system.To design PROTOS packing machine control system and develop supervision-control software.
