The Research And Development Of An Information Service Platform For Enterprise Producing Based On OPC And EJB

Informatization of modern enterprise's producing is one of the most important tasks for manufacture globalization. Wide applying of Internet provides a new approach to control and manage modern enterprise's producing remotely. On the basis of analyzing the present status and development trend of real-time information system in the fields of enterprise automatic producing, the dissertation researches and develops an extensible and flexible enterprise producing information service system based on OPC and EJB technology.The research and development works of the dissertation are as follows:Do the research of implementing the producing information service system in n-tie structure based on J2EE platform, and design the system skeleton.Study the basic functions needed for a producing information service system, divide the application logic into several Enterprise JavaBeans, and finish the general design of each EJB. Work out an applicationsecurity structure according to EJB security model. Implement the transition and display of real-time picture and data in browser side using SVG and JSP technology.According to OPC data access specification, develop OPC server program using MFC and object-oriented design patterns. Conduct the system test in two phases: OPC server function test with an OPC client accessing module and overall test integrating OPC server, database server and application server.
