Exploitation Of HB-ERP-SELLING Management System

HB -ERP is put into practice by Harbin Standard Spare Parts Industry Corporation , which have produced standard parts for nearly 50 years . The main production are bolts , nuts , rivets and screws . For the sake of development and advancing of benefit and efficiency , The corporation decided to practise ERP step by step , called "HB -ERP" . This paper expatiates on the research and development of SMS (selling management system) , which is the core sub-systems of HB-ERP .HB-ERP-SMS will realize the management of client information , the management of sell order form , the decision-making of different productions , the constitution and performance of the selling schedule of a year . a season and a month . At last , HB-ERP-SMS will statistic and analysis the outstanding achievement of selling .First , this paper puts forward the total layout of HB-ERP , including lay out the total configuration and all sub-systems , based on several investigating to the corperation . Second , it goes along the system analysis , the system design and the software design , aim at the Selling Management System ( HB-ERP-SMS ).System analysis is an important and critical procedure during the whole course .of development . which is to make sure what requirements the objective system should fulfill , and whose output is the base of development. This paper gives much detailed analysis on the selling operation flowing and all bills which the selling operation involved . The results of system analysis are logical model, thus we can bring forward clear , concrete , and complete requirements on SMS .The phase of system design is about function module design and database design . The function modules of SMS are exported from the logical model . The database design concludes establishing many data-forms and dealing with the relationship of them .The last phase is software design . The software design is put the logical model of SMS into its physical model .HB-ERP will be beneficial to Harbin Standard Spare Parts Industry Corporation for its long-range development and improvement.
