| Because of the difference of the language, the platform and the object module, application functions could be access only thought observing rigid proprietary protocols over the Internet. With the appearance of Web Services based on XML(eXtensible Markup Language), applications can be used in a standardized, programmable manner and communicate with each other regardless of the language that they were developed in, the platform they were developed for or the object models and internal protocols they used. Through the development practice of the human resources management system, and the analysis of implementing the recruitment management in the local system, many defaults are found, that the obtaining of talent information must rely on other means, that the system needs to store too much useless information, that it is unable to utilize available ready-made information and services in the network. At the same time, talent agencies hold a large number of talents information in vain, but they are unable to offer effective services for enterprises. Therefore a talent service system is established based on Web Services.Through the study of the basic framework of Web Services, and the relationship and interaction of the four kinds of key technology: XML, SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), WSDL(Web Services Description Language), and UDDI(Universal Description Discovery and Integration) which Web Services are related to, the roles, the objects and the services in the application background of the talent service system are analyzed according to the roles division of the Web Services. The talent service system with the multi-tier framework is designed, and the integration of the already existing services is handled. Through analyzing three type of application network services security that is platform/transport level, application level and message level, the security mechanism of this system is implemented in the message level, and identity proving, signing and encrypting are designed. Meanwhile, all kinds of instance of the failure to transfer services are discussed and dealt with through expanding the semanteme of SOAP. |
