| The Windows operating system is one of the main operating systems which is widely utilized in network servers as well as in personal desktops.Meanwhile,Many people think that the windows system is not a safe operating system, its security is much lower than Linux,Unix and etc. In fact, the security of operating system usually stands opposite its easy use mutually. Some easy use is sacrificed in order to strengthen its safety. On other hand, the security is sacrificed to increase the easy use.Windows 2000 provides different kinds of safety strategy or measure itself which are not lower than the other operating systems. Just for the convenience of the usage, Most of these safe measures are not in use under the default configuration. The decision of system safety does not depend on the type of the operate system, but on persons. The key to system safety rests with the ability of system managers but not with an operating system. To configuration correctly, Windows system can provide much high safety as the other operating systems, it suits very well to the application which needs high safety.This paper analyzes the system safety of Windows 2000 in computer network management, which is not only described in theory, but also verified by practice. Based on analysis, the solutions or measures are given to every safe bug of Window 2000. One of objectives of this paper is to help network managers and Internet users to protect their computer system efficiently, to avoid some losing and let Internet server work for us efficiently.In recent years, the new secure bugs in Windows 2000 are discoveredcontinuously, the network and system attacks are increasing in amout significantly and the losing is very serious. This paper introduces a complete solution for these safe bugs in Windows 2000 operating system. The complete ways is also given to resolve new safe bugs which are yet not discovered up to now. The result of this paper has important meaning in practice as well in theory.
