As an effective method of realizing high-quality , stable and balanced production, the advanced control gets wider application.Soft sensor technology is an effective method to solve the problem of real-time measurement of the important production parameters such as the quality. It is also gets extensive attention and recognition owing to the fact that it can improve benefit of production and guarantee the quality of production.Based on the recognition and comprehension for the basic knowledge about chemical process, this article deals with the application of data rectification technology, in which Wavelet theory is adopted. The theory is one of the latest results in the harmonic analysis development. This article mainly deals with the following two items:1 , The research about Computer-Aided Instruction and the calculation in chemical engineering. The author of this article gains a good knowledge of the equipment in chemical process and the corresponding complicated calculation, through the participation of the research of CAI in the major of chemical engineering planed and established by the Seminar of China's Advanced Education and the Research Center for China's Advanced Education and the theory of chemical engineering established by the refined course of Shandong province.
