| At present, processing manufacturing industry is experiencing a critical period in whichman labor becomes transiting to industrial automation. Accurate spot data information is notonly foundation for correct execution of automatic control system, but also could helpproduction administrator learn about the state of enterprise production in time in order tomake reasonable planning for production and improve economic performance. Thus datarectification technology is the key to check whether enterprise information automation ismature or not. This thesis aims at analysis and research for state of data rectificationtechnology and gross error detection area and previous method provided before.To provide improvement measures for collapse because of frequent solving due toincorrect judgment for measured value by MT-NT gross error detection method. That is totake redundancy judgment for obvious error, to ensure some redundancy after eliminatingobvious error in order the smooth operation of system resolving.To provide a new data rectification model based on analysis of classical model. Thismodel doesn’t have to identify the obvious error before solving. By this way it can solve theproblem of far away from result to the true value and reduce procedures during solving,enhance the accuracy. Meanwhile the article demonstrate solving process by using LINGOand testify feasibility of this model by using industrial actual data.This thesis introduces design and thoughts of MES system in software design. Then itmakes detailed introduction to material balance module design and complete the task ofmodule design. This module could operate well and obtain correct rectification result andprovide reference and thought of solving problem for software design of data rectificationmodule. |
