A key characteristic of Survivable network systems is that they provide predefined essential services in case of attacks, failures, or accidents. Hence, it is very important for survivable network systems to ensure the essential services to be carried out continously while other services are not functioning. To ensure the network survivability we must firstly have a way to measure the system survivability. This paper analyzes the survivable network system idea and mobile agent technology. And then we present the idea based on mobile agent mobility to ensure the essential services in the survivable network system.we do work as follows:(1) The third chapter advances the designing idea of the essential services based on mobile agent in the survivable network system and have an emphasis on analyzing the background of designing idea, predominance and the key technology implementing the essential services mobility. This chapter finally analyzes all kinds of migration strategy and implementing technology of mobile agent. And then we advance making use of weak migration collaboration of double agents to implement strong migration strategy of mobile agent and realization mechanism.(2) The fourth chapter recounts negotiation policy between agents during the essential services mobility. It analyzes negotiation conception and studying content and development. And then this paper presents a negotiation model for multi-agent and multi-issue based on rewards and punishment and negotiation subject priority – MMNRPP. We define aggregate of MMNRPP, negotiation structure of agent and multi-agent negotiation process. We finally present pseudoinstruction description in the agent negotiation process.(3) The fifth chapter depicts the importance of mobile agent security problem, classify of security problem and existing security method. This chapter advances mobile agent security policy based on Kim's allograph scheme. This policy make mobile agent efficiently avoid attack of hostility host in the migration process.(4) The sixth chapter designs a system model-MESMMA and define mobile agent to essential services design idea in the survivable network system. And then this chapter expatiates constitute structure, implement mechanism and the key technology of the essential services mobility implement of a system model-MESMMA and the UML diagram of system.(5) This seventh chapter finally develops railway station ticket sale management system based on mobile agent on the basis of MESMMA system. This paper has an extent to implement the essential services mobility based on the mobile agent in the survivable network system and also acquires good effects.
