LED panel systems gains rapid development in the design,machine and application from ninetites ages.It went through from single color and two colors to image LED panel.As a high technology production,LED panel can realize real_time and sequential displaying texture,graghic and images.LED panel has many special feature such as high reliability,long life,high performance,low cost,and more important high acclimatization.Moreover, with the technique of color panel perfect increasingly,LED panel is widely used in many fields. At present,most LED panel control system's core are 8 bit or pseudo 16 bit micro controllers,which has great limit in data processing speed,capacity of memory,and method of communication etc.There exist great difficulties in realizing high complicatied texture ,graghic stunt displaying and gray-grade image displaying for them. In order to solve the problem related above,we applied of advanced embedded computer technology. On hardware,it has many excellence in computer achitecuture(RISC),capacity of memory,processing speed and advanced communication method etc. It introduces in detail the design of 256 gray-grade image displaying and Ethernet communication technology application in LED panel control system.First,according to the design aim,I analysed the technology parameter mainly about memory capacity ,data processing speed and the realization of Ethernet communication ,and provided solution in hardware;secondly,I offered the whole system design sheme applied of the hardware;Last,I narrated the design LED panel control logic in hardware description language,which embedded in CPLD chip. My partner and me in this project have gained the success in experiment ,which has proved the correctness and feasibility of my design.
