Enterprise Information System Construct & Implement

With the rapid development of modern information technology, enterprise informationization has become the decisive factor of manufacturing progress, and also become one of the most active driving factors.In this paper, under the background of ChangJiang Bus Community Ltd. , ChaoZhou, which is the header of ail bus-manufacturing enterprises, with typical small-quantity and varieties products, foundation and implement of its informationization platform are analyzed and studied.On the basis of analyzing existing operation flow and existent problems, enterprise's flow redesign is processed. With this foundation, the system framework of corporation information platform is formed and the network topology is designed. The key techniques to implement enterprise becoming informational are studied, the design of each kind of information encoding scheme in the enterprise informationization production activity is completed, and the develped platform of coordination design is proposed. On the information platform, the coordination design are carried out taking city bus as an example,, and the feasibility of the platform by coordination design on bodywork structure and intensity is achieved and validated.The management mode of materials handling system is systematically discussed. A new mode of materials handling is proposed, which takes concentrative warehouse as the header and takes material-received center as the means, the management mode of material-received center is processed, and finally its workflow is formed. Taking kanban management as the main measure, materiel clip of kanban is studied and analyzed, practical configuration of kanban is designed, and the discussion of implement effect is processed.By the practical application in the enterprise, the conclusion that the system structure is reasonable and it can run credibly has been made.
