| The core of this thesis is the researching of the technology and applicationwhich is 'seamless integration' of MIS and GIS.First, the existing MIS technologyand GIS technology were analysed and compared,the resolving 'seamlessintegration' technology of MIS and GIS was discussed. and the advantages of thetechnology were indicated.The thesis make an emphases research about GISspatialdata base,multisource spatialdata access and ComGIS,and bases on thistechnology and the user requirement make an 'fuel application'.
