According to the ASTD' statistic, the amount of global knowledge has doubled during the recent ten years and it is increasing at the speed of doubling every 18 months. At present, we have already entered the era of Knowledge-Based Economy, the traditional schools and colleges already can't satisfy the personal study's needs.
