| With development of micro-electronics, computer and communication technology, sensor, micro-computer, and Field-Bus technology have also been developed greatly, it is a trend that the combined of these three technology above. In the background of this trend, we started the research on the integrated measurement and control unit base on the CAN Field-Bus. Design a multi-function integral measurement and control unit, in order to realize measure and control many physical quantities in the industry.This paper firstly introduced the significance of integral measurement and control unit, and feature comparison and analysis of some usual Field-Bus, especially to CAN Bus, point out it is not only have the huge advantage that using CAN Field-Bus in factory parameters' measurement and control, but also great realistic significance.The whole system is designed in modules, and it is composed of nine modules in hardware and nine modules in software. And using CAN Bus to communicate is the main function of the system. In this paper, the work way and the calculator of the communication parameter of the CAN controller in the P87C591 is presented in detail. In addition, many algorithms have been used in this system. |
