With the development of high technology, modern war goes up to the direction ofinformation and electron. In order to adapt to the new war, weapons turn intelligentizeand modularization. The control system changes from DCS to FCS, and field bus hasapplied to many domains, such as satellite, missile, radar, communication, remotesensing, remote control.Relay is a basic electronic component in modern automatic control system, andtraditional relay can’t meet the requirements of FCS, so there’s urgent need for FBR.From now on, domestic researchs are at the stage of conception, and no practicalproduct are designed. There will be great infection on FBR technology in the military asa result of lacking related technology.CAN bus is chosen in communication in the paper through research andcomparison of FCS technology. CAN bus is used as serial communication, and datacommunication includes many advantages in comparing with normal communicationbus, for example, dependability, real-time ability and agility. CAN bus grows up tointernational standard, and application expends from automobile control to variesdomains of industry control, growing up to one of the best field bus. Whilecommunication, relays are identified through bus addresses. The main control systemgives out dictates, the relays carry out the dictate via agreement between them. Theindex of designed relay includes:Input voltage:22Vdc~32Vdc;Output load:1H, load current1A;Can communication: relays are controlled through can bus;Insulation between input and output;The bus addresses can be modified.A design theory is described in the paper, and hardware design, working principle,software design are introduced.
