With the great development of communication and multimedium, the problem of limit bandwid becomes more and more acute.In roder to settle the problem, and increase tha capacity of channel, the the speech compression coding technology has been used widely.In 1996,ITU-T issued the G.729 Recommendation.G.729 is a low bit rate and high-quality speech compression coding standard.lt is used for coding at 8 kb/s speed by Conjugate Structure Algebraic-Coder-Excited Liner Prediction(CS-ACELP) algorithm, which has a 15 ms delay. The article analyzes the encoding and decoding principle of the algorithm concretely.DSP chip is a soft-programmable digital signal processor. It has powerful digital signal processing ability, which has been used in communication, radar, computer and other areas.
