Architecture And Implementation Of The Station Conditions Management Sub-system In The National Radio Short-wave Monitoring Network Chief System

Since the telecommunication and radio trade fast emerges and develops rapidly in China, The National Radio Monitoring Center has made the strong decision to strengthen the short-wave network construction especially. In the whole short-wave network project, it is the station conditions management sub-system that is the core part of it. Now, there is still no similar or related system to aim at the management of station information and related monitor signals.This paper will provide a new station conditions management system which integrate station information and monitor information into one manage style, and then make the static way and dynamic manage way become the uniform method, therefore, supervision and operation of station conditions are much easer and more efficient ever.Because every information of the station conditions are closely related to geographical information of space in practical application, but present manage form and style in radio information and monitor information are both cut electronic maps which close tie with thesystem apart from the whole project, this very way make the project can' t fast and directly reflect the problems correlated with geographical information. So the system waits to introduce GIS (geographical information system) urgently and perfect the management style further.This paper innovate a new system that based on GIS and named station conditions management system to accomplish the duties about radio stations management and station signals monitoring all together at the same time and in the same platform. Therefore strengthen the chief system function greatly.This system has applied to the national radio short-wave and monitored in the first project actually, through using and measuring, the actual effect is stable% effective and excellent.
