Development and interaction of Large Scale Integrated circuit, computer network and communication technology, has been accelerating the modularization, networking, and standardization of measurement&control systems. This has made more and more demands to the Data Acquisition systems and design of data transport interface. Based the analysis of current schemes to connect the small embedded systems to the network, This thesis discuses the characteristics of network communication in embedded instruments, analyzes the TCP/IP protocol family at the condition of embedded network communication and also discusses the problems of protocols in embedded systems. Coming with implementation in the project , one of subject of ocean monitor and measurement technology of resources and environment technological domain, the thesis covers the principals and the method of TCP/IP protocols realization. It comes from the practical demands of the project , researches the network transport module base on embedded TCP/IP technologies aiming at the instrument, and realizes the reliable communication between upper computer and the instrument based on TCP/IP protocols and Ethernet.At the demands and current condition of measurement instrument, the interface module of network conversion consists the center MCU of fast-speed communication controller SX52, and the fast data exchanging is accomplished by parallel bidirectional interface FIFO between Data Acquisition module and network interface module. Concerning the limited resources(ROM , RAM, Peripheral Interface) , the TCP/IP protocolstack(sx-stack) is simplified and integrated in the 8-bit MCU .The transport layer selects UDP protocol to attain real time property. The reliable transport is achieved by buffering data packet and adding re-send mechanism at the application layer.The major efforts of this thesis includes following facts. The program of data acquisition module is written and adjusted. The hardware schematic of network interface module is designed and PCB board is assembled. Software includes realization of sx-stack, controlling of the acquisition and transport system, and graph of real time data. Finally the whole system is debugged in the experiment environment.The network interface module is applied in communication with the data acquisition module, and data is acquired in real time, so the design is proved to be feasible.
