The Research And Practice Of Data Integrated Model About CAPP In The Heterogeneous Situation

The process information is data-abstracted in the paper, which includes analyzing and describing the hypostasis of CAPP. The model of the import and export data is designed for the process, which is based on the COM technology according to constructing the frame of CAPP data integration. Dalian heavy industry group is taken an application example of practice integration to show the validity and practicability of CAPP data integration presented in the paper.First of all, the basic principles and main researching methods of data integration mode in the heterogeneous situation are analyzed in the paper, as well as the features and advantages of middleware idea in the field of distributed application and heterogeneous data integration are enumerated, which set up a strong theoretic foundation for further design.Secondly, the hypostasis of CAPP process data is extensively explained in the paper, which includes abstracting three basic aggregative cells consisting of process BOM, manufacturing resource and machining process and their mapping relation. The three basic aggregative cells are abstracted from input information, condition information, control information and output information. And then a mathematical model of process information is set up, thereby the unitive logical view of process information comes into being.Thirdly, the constructing plan of CAPP data integration frame in the heterogeneous situation is discussed in the paper, and the model of import and export process data which is basic on COM idea is presented. The frame's middle communication layer is divided into four essential modules, including data source engine, logical view of process information, data config dictionary and standard data interface. Then the CAPPInterface.dll is developed so that the idea of heterogeneous data integration in this paper comes true with software technology.Finally, Dalian heavy industry group is taken an application example of practice integration to show the validity and practicability of CAPP data integration presented in the paper, which includes the construction of unitive CAPP platform, the design and realization of PDM / CAPP /ERP system integration and the successful distributed application.
